Terms


1) Payment is Strictly on "Job Completion".

2)  A 45 Minute Minimum charge applies to all Appointments in "Business Hours",  A 1 hour Minimum Charge applies to all Appointments "Outside of Business Hours"

3) Prepayment is Required for All System Builds

4) A Job Is Completed Officially When the Client signs the "End of Job Form", So it is the Client responsibility to make sure they are fully happy with the Service and that the Job is Completed

5) 14 Day Promise  - if "Exactly" the same problem occurs with in 14 days, the 'Same" Technician will return to complete the job "Free Of Charge".. If the problem is not 'Exactly" the same, Further charges will Apply

6) When Purchasing a New Computer from us they come with a standard 1 Year Warranty,  We highly recommend purchasing a extended warranty to at least 3 years

7)  It is highly recommended to back up all your files, But any data loss may be recoverable. (Google Drive For Windows & I Cloud for Mac are Our Recommended Back up Solutions)

8) Client further agrees to bring any possible problems to IT SERVICES 4 U, So we can remedy the situation,  Before writing negative reviews or do any action that might defame the business.

9) Client holds ITSERVICES4U Non Liable for any accidental damage to their data or device or for any "Acts Of God",  Client signals there agreement to this by signing the "Offsite Repair Form"

10) Price Match Guarantee On Service And Repairs (Not Sales) - We Will Match Any Written Quote

 (A) Date of quote must be within 3 months of your service with us.
